
TEIFI VALLEY CLAY TARGET LEAGUE
RULES AND GUIDELINES 2005
1. General Rules
All shoots are to be held under the rules as laid down in the CPSA "English Sporting" rulebook, unless otherwise stated.
2. Insurance
All member clubs to have adequate insurance cover when hosting a league event, which will also indemnify the Teifi Valley Clay Target League against all claims that may arise. This insurance should be available for inspection at all times.
3. Registration
All clubs to register their members with the TVCTL at the cost of £5 each for Seniors,
and £3 each for Juniors. Registrations close on 31st August. Only scores from registered
members will be counted for individual and club positions. All registered members
must be fully paid-
4. Shoots
All shoots will be English Sporting consisting of 50 targets with the first card
to count. Score card to be supplied by the host club. Shoots to be held on Sundays

5. Cartridges
All shoots will be FIBRE WAD only. Any person found using plastic wad cartridges will forfeit their score for that shoot. Any further infringement may lead to disqualification for the remainder of the year.
6. Jury
On the day of a league shoot a senior member of the host club will select a jury consisting of himself, one committee member and one neutral league member in order to resolve any disputes which may occur. Any decision made by the jury may be appealed, on payment of a fee of £5.00, to the League's Committee. Their decision will be final.
7. Scoring
Scoring at a league shoot will be by each club counting its top six scores of which only 3 can be senior members. A points system will be used:

Highest scoring club 10 points
